So, I ran the race, I accomplished what I set out to do, what next? I suppose I better come up with a new goal. Running hurts my knees, whether from weak thighs, poor stretching or some other reason, running hurts my knees. My knew goal is going to be to do my pilates at least 4 days a week for 30 minutes. Seems reasonable enough - now to make the time to do it!! I want to keep my body strong so I can enjoy my children, husband and family more completely!! I don't want to slow everyone down :)I would love to hear your goals, leave me a comment or send me an email.
btw - The race was exhilarating! I enjoyed running and may try it again in the spring.
