I am cutting sugar and many grains out of my diet in hopes to improve overall health. Starting date, Tue. February 28. My goal is to continue until March 18th and then reevaluate. My goal was not to lose weight (although I started this at about 16# over what I am best at) but I have lost 5 # to date. On the workout scene, I am pluggin' away, some weeks better than others. Bad weeks - 1 work out in a week =(. Good weeks, 4 workouts in a week =).
